Terrible customer service. My last oil change wasn't documented properly in the paperwork and no sticker. When I went to have my tires checked out for a tpms light the guy at the desk said, "we don't do that." When I asked for a tire rotation he said, "what's that gonna do for you?" Tried everything to get out of servicing my vehicle despite an empty garage. Will not return.
Called, wouldn’t provide any information on the phone. Drove the 15 minutes to check with the desk at 1:30. No availability for the rest of the day. Work bays were empty. Why would I check back tomorrow??
Went in for an oil change and was told they didn’t have time for Quick Lane services despite all of their advertising. No appointment necessary. Never had this problem at any of the other locations. Very disappointed
Nothing quick about it. My car went back 10 minutes after I got here and almost 2 hours later a simple oil change is not done. Add that to the attitude of the lady at the desk = go somewhere else! it’s a shame because it’s a needed service in the South County area.
