Terrible customer service. My last oil change wasn't documented properly in the paperwork and no sticker. When I went to have my tires checked out for a tpms light the guy at the desk said, "we don't do that." When I asked for a tire rotation he said, "what's that gonna do for you?" Tried everything to get out of servicing my vehicle despite an empty garage. Will not return.

Called, wouldn’t provide any information on the phone. Drove the 15 minutes to check with the desk at 1:30. No availability for the rest of the day. Work bays were empty. Why would I check back tomorrow??
