Had my 2024 ford escape that we leased from you with 3100 miles in for repair service. Rear back up sensor came loose out of bumper. Had car brought in for service, we figured that the bumper-to-bumper coverage would cover it. Told by service that it would cost us $1100.00 to fix and that it was not covered due to it being damaged. the warranty only covered factory defects.
