Poor communication and zero respect for a customer's time. I left my 2022 F-150 overnight for an oil change and recall work after they lost power during the day. I made it explicitly clear that I needed the truck the next morning for work. I stopped by between 9 and 10 AM the following day, and the truck hadn't even been moved or touched. If you rely on your truck for a living, be careful taking it here
I had an appointment, but it still took 1.5 hours to do the oil change, tire rotation, etc.
Would not recommend. We’ve had several negative experiences here.
Des has great communication skills on what their intentions for my service visit is. Never once have I had a surprise on my invoice. I take everything in, it doesn't even have to be a Ford for them to do the best job.
