Helpful, polite, professional
Fluid and filters changed, tires rotated, and they checked for other things I can't see like worn brakes and loose components, all at a decent cost to keep my trucks safe and running smooth.
Needed (1) new tire, priced matched the 'big' tire guys, and I was in and out really fast. Great service and price. Checked the other tires to confirm that replacing one on this 4WD vehicle was alright
After having an emissions done on my 2014 edge, could not get into my car due to the power seat as far forward as it could go. Settings on dash for driver preferences had to be reset to where they were from before I had my emissions done. Never have dealt with either issues after an emissions.
I bought an Explorer from them in 2017, and I’m finally at the end of my rope with this dealership. From the initial interactions (let me tell you about the roof side rails) to my most recent service issue the “quick” lanes department has been predatory. My check engine light came on recently and just for the diagnosis itself it was $407. The ultimate issue was to have some “platinum” injector kit installed and swap out some spark plugs.
