Man I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received Gengras. I only had them check out a used vehicle I had just bought but their professionalism impressed me. Even documented the diagnosis on video and sent it to me. I should have had it checked by them before purchasing. Better yet, should've bought from them. Took the diagnosis back to the dealership I got the vehicle from, all the back and forth stopped. They're putting a remanufactured transmission in my truck. Saved me thousands.
The sales team is great. Manny, Sarah and Gus really stepped up to get me into a new F150. They’re funny and at no point did I feel pressured to buy. Even once they knew they had the sale they all continued to treat me like family. This is my second vehicle I’ve bought from them and will buy my third from them too!
Bad experience, too many details to get to get into. But I will soon..After Easter, I will be handling this issue with state authorities..
