I ordered a custom Bronco back in April, finally arrived in September and the communication throughout was awesome. The whole team at Gengras from the service team to sales team, everyone was enthusiastic, not fake enthusiastic either, the actually seems generally interested in me compared to some other dealerships that fake the connection. The team is genuine and made the purchasing of the Bronco seamless. I recommend going to them if you’re interested in purchasing a vehicle!
Farhan was fantastic. He was most understanding of the predicament (delay) of receiving my cash deposit from my banking institution. He devoted significant amount of his time attending to my issues. I would do business again with Gengras Ford largely due to people like Farhan.
Had a very positive experience with salesman Farhan. I came all the way from Long Island, New York and they made sure that the turnaround for my trade-in & new explorer enabled me to leave on time to make my ferry home. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone and salesman for being fair, efficient, and extremely friendly.
From the time we arrived till we left with a car we were treated very well and the whole process was explained well. No pushy sales and were accommodating to our need of a fast turnaround. Farhan was great and and was well informed. Highly recommended!
If I could award additional stars, I surely would! My Escape had to be towed (the power steering failed, in a parking lot fortunately not on the highway) late on a Saturday afternoon, many miles from my own Ford dealer. I was greeted by a very courteous young man (Manny) on the sales floor (service had closed for the weekend) who obtained a service envelope for me and directed the tow truck driver in placing my vehicle.
