I was pretty much blown away with my experience. Purchased multiple vehicles from Ford over the years and this is by far the best experience. Ironically, I live in Middle Tennessee which is 350 miles away. I had the pleasure of working with Kennedi. After speaking to multiple dealerships, trying to purchase the exact same vehicle and have it delivered, she is the only one who had patience, empathy and treated me with dignity and respect.
