Todd took great care of me when I had a blow out on my car. Got me a great deal on the tires and alignment and got me out in a hurry. Couldn’t ask for more
The service was quick and the staff was very kind. I was a little alarmed when they recommended that I replace my windshield wipers, considering I had them replaced a week and a half ago, so I of course declined their other “recommended services”.
First time at this Corwin Ford location, had Mike as my Quick Lane advisor and he is definitely great at his job. Nice waiting room area by the way. They were extremely busy due to a sale special on tires, but they had my Explorer in the shop only 15 minutes past my appointment time. I will definitely be back. I would like to talk with the manager if he could give me a call, have a quick question.
Mitch at Quick Lane is our hero. Our son had car trouble while we were at Olive Garden across the street. We managed to get the car across the street and Mitch found and fixed the problem right away. Thanks, Mitch! You rock!!
