I had a great experience at Quick Lane at Corwin Ford. I stopped in because the battery in my Jeep Wrangler key fob was getting low. Even though they were busy, they got me in much quicker than I expected. Not only did they replace the battery free of charge, but the customer service was exceptional from start to finish. I called for a oil change only, didn't ask how much. Got there and got in and out pretty good. But the bill was 110.00 dollars for a oil change. I did the survey they sent me and ranked them as a 3 because of that. They quickly called me and said that they rotated the tires, checked other stuff. I only called for a oil change. He said you need to say that, and which I did on the phone. Oil Change!!! So I lost half of my rewards points in one oil change. Won't go back there.
