I called for a oil change only, didn't ask how much. Got there and got in and out pretty good. But the bill was 110.00 dollars for a oil change. I did the survey they sent me and ranked them as a 3 because of that. They quickly called me and said that they rotated the tires, checked other stuff. I only called for a oil change. He said you need to say that, and which I did on the phone. Oil Change!!! So I lost half of my rewards points in one oil change. Won't go back there.

I have bought five vehicles from corwin ford of springfield and have had nothing but great experience each time. The quick lane is a complete different experience. Made an appointment for my 250 through ford pass app. Conformation everything, get there no clue what's going on at service desk. So have to wait for opening. OK maybe a fluke. So I take my 350, set up an appointment for oil change and tire rotation, drive at 1245 set watch my truck set out front until 145pmthey then pulling in where it sets until 3pm 422pm its do... read more
