If I could give a zero on rating I would for the service department. My husband bought an f250 from Gary Crossley ford in November last year. Within a couple of months the door would not open at all making getting in for passengers very difficult. He took his truck to chuck anderson and they worked on it. It cost around 600.00. As a Ford employee I brought my 2019 F150 here for the last 6 years to this dealership as a courtesy, in the last year they've almost doubled their price of services and NOW won't give out the very SMALL employee discount I use to get EVERYTIME I brought it in. Was pretty much told I was a lier and that I was never giving one. BS! Their employees are constantly changing. And also pretty convenient their records only went back 3 months to prove them wrong.
