I have honestly never had a good experience at Chuck Anderson Ford whether through car services or looking to buy new or used vehicles there. I had a recall for the oil pump on my Ford Eco sport and I took it in last year to get it fixed. The day after they claimed they fixed it and I picked it up, it waa Definitely not fixed. We purchased a 2024 Escape and couldn't be more pleased but the real tell of a good dealership is their service department. Due to a hole in the oil filter of our F150 we ran the engine dry of oil and had to have it rebuilt. This is a cab-off procedure and not all Ford dealerships are well versed at it. Chuck Anderson Ford does several of these every year and they are the people you want doing this extensive work. I. Called to schedule the installation of 4 new tires before the winter weather set in. Justin got me scheduled right away and let me know when the tires arrived. Nick got me the best deal on tires for my budget, driving history, average mileage, car usage. I was shuttled back and forth to the Community Center, so there was no waiting. I was extremely happy with my experience!! I told them I thought my brakes needed new pads and after they checked them he said they were fine, they could have easily changed my break pads and charged me for a service I didn’t even need! They were efficient and got me right in at my scheduled appointment time! I will be a long term customer for sure!
