We have a 2012 Escape that needed a battery. My husband couldn’t get the negative connector off the battery. Tried a mobile battery service, but they kept putting us off. Our daughter needed the vehicle while her car was in the shop. I called the service department on Thursday, got the car towed to them. The car was ready to be picked up on Friday afternoon. Crisis averted!
