I like the quick service, unlike other Ford dealerships in Liberty. I feel I’m treated well and the service department listens to my requests and concerns.
My truck has been in the shop for over a month with no fix. At this point I would just avoid any Ford at all costs.

I came in to have an issue addressed and was quoted an amount $500 more than my second opinion and also included very unnecessary extra work. They straight up lied to me about “requirements” to fix the issue. I’ve brought my Bronco to Ford for every single oil change and I will not be going back there again. Very disappointing.
