Sonny is amazing!! I got in contact with on 3/19 and I had some financing hiccups and he told me he was going to work some magic and did he ever!! Got a call on the morning g of 3/20 and he had me ready to go! He even came and picked me to take me to the dealership! I was in and out in under an hour. Thank you so much Sonny!!!
Horrible, they don’t even deserve a star. Sales rep (Shaun) was perfect, finance individual was rude, inept, and inpatient! No one should purchase a vehicle and leave upset and that’s is what happended! If I would have been there no sale would have happen.
Had a great no pressure experience and friendly atmosphere. Better treatment and buying experience than some of the other bigger dealerships in the area.
If I could give them a negative 5, I would. They shook our hands and promised us they'd take care of the vehicle we told them we would pay for in full in cash. They then went ahead and tried to sell it out from under us without even a courtesy call, to give us a chance to finish the purchase. We called to set up the insurance for my baby sister.
