This location doesn't have a quick lane as advertised. When I went in to get an oil change, as I have at many Ford dealerships, they were very rude. Didn’t really understand where to go or who to talk to. When I explained I was there just for a quick oil change, they said they don’t do those there. It’ll take at least an hour, and I need an appointment as they are to busy. So if you’re looking for a standard oil change for your Ford lease car, don’t use this location
Have gone here several times for oil changes. They always take far longer than they should, even though you schedule ahead of time. My latest interaction with this shop was for a repair they identified as needed during an oil change. I was given a loaner sedan during a snowstorm to replace my AWD SUV, and when given a 1 day estimate I had to call after 2.5 days to see what the status of my car was. They don't reach out when the timeline changes. Expect poor communication. Would not recommend.
Stay away from here. Jobs that take an hour will magically take 2 hours or more. They up charge like crazy for relatively simple tasks. I paid $350 after being given a $425 receipt, despite an initial $200-250 quote, for a headlight rewiring because their techs “took longer than expected” to put my headlight back in. On top of this, mesh from under my hood was left inside of my car like they couldn’t be bothered to put things back. So unprofessional. Absolutely ridiculous, steer clear of this place.
I been getting my oil change here for quite some time! But unfortunately my motor blew out because I didn’t have oil but I literally just had an oil change about a month ago ! If I did have a leak they should’ve had told me and I would had gotten fixed right away or maybe they didn’t do there job and didn’t actually put oil! I just don’t think this is right because not only did i pay for my oil change but now I’m left carless !
