I wish there were an option for ZERO STARS! Stay away from this Dealership at all cost! After working on a deal for a preowned Mustang GT, I was prepared to go pick it up from 3 1/2 hours away and was advised the day before my appointment that they found a nail in one of the tires. Update 2/28/26: I had to being my SUV in for repairs. As you can see in the before and after photos, you can't even tell what damage was done. Thank you for taking great care of my baby including washing and vacuuming her. I so love this place. Service is always topnotch as well as my interaction with the staff, whether it's the service team or administrative support. My vehicle was ready in the time they gave me, which was refreshing as I needed to go to work. Everyone is pleasant and professional. Keep up the great work.

I recently attempted to purchase a vehicle at Bob Davidson Ford and experienced the most unprofessional sales management I have encountered in years. First and last time. Bought 2013 Ford Edge from them. I know this was not a big sell for them. At the beginning, they had to repair the rear brakes. Had an issue. Called the sales manager left two messages. No return calls. Overall was not a good sales experience. The vehicle only came with a minimum 30 day warranty. And of course after 30 days i'm having a bunch of drivability problems. It would really be nice to deal with someone or a company that isn't out to screw you over. Like they did me.
