Came here for a car diagnostic by APPOINTMENT. I dropped off my Ford vehicle and waited 2hrs in the waiting area thinking that my car is being checked, just to be told by the receptionist/advisor, Crystal Lee, that my car won’t be looked at until AFTER lunch, which was another whole hour away. The female receptionist sold sedan tires for my Explorer. When she was called out on it, she deflected and said they can't be dismounted or returned. Luckily, a gentleman righted the situation. Go elsewhere for anything dealing with your vehicle - Costco, BJs, Discount Tires, Express Oil change, even Walmart can't be this wrong.

Avoid this place at all costs. Poor service and employees who are rude and lazy. It took over 7 hours for a scheduled oil change and state inspection. Then, the employee, Elizabeth, " charged me for warranty work despite having been told that it was under warranty. She was rude and inept, too lazy to look up the warranty status on the computer that she was sitting at.

The Quick Lane team knocked the ball out of the park! Front brake pads, rotors turned, oil @ filter change, battery tested, state inspection, and tire rotation. All in about 1.5 hours. The best of the best today....
