Scheduled "The Works" to be done on my F150. The day before my appointment I asked to have the 200K service done and they were able to oblige> When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and the service to my truck was completed within a reasonable time.

This place was great - service under warranty and Ford Pass points. Three years later, the receptionist tried to sell sedan tires for my SUV. Buy from Discount Tires, BJs, or Costco. If you like three hour oil changes - this is your place. If not, Express Oil is down the street and will get it done in 10 minutes.
Came here for a car diagnostic by APPOINTMENT. I dropped off my Ford vehicle and waited 2hrs in the waiting area thinking that my car is being checked, just to be told by the receptionist/advisor, Crystal Lee, that my car won’t be looked at until AFTER lunch, which was another whole hour away. Apparently they were understaffed. That should’ve been figured out within 15mins of my arrival instead of me & my car just sitting there unattended.
