What I like most about Hobson Ford is the convenience and ease of booking appointments online for the service department. The service advisors are great to work with. I have had the pleasure of working with Sean Wagner several times and he is excellent! They keep you updated every step of the process and call with the cost before proceeding with repairs. Highly recommend Hobson Ford service department for all your service needs!
I needed to get a replacement key fob for my vehicle, so Chris and Chase were able to help me get what I needed in a very timely manner. Hobson Ford has been very generous and helpful in my first car purchase and I couldn’t be more grateful for their support.
I took car in because of notification that remedy for recall 26C11 available. Called Hobson dealership, appointment scheduled. Repair made without problem. Service staff Sean Wagner very courteous.
