They are not worth the 1 star. There service department and service manager Lynnette are rude and do not look out for your best interests. They have 0 communication with the customer and think they know it all. The Machanic that worked on my car was good but they won’t let you communicate with him. I will never be back to this dealership for anything. As a matter of fact I will never buy another ford or Lincoln again.

Awesome experience!. Purchasing a new vehicle was a straightforward process. They provided me with a transparent quote of the new vehicle ,discounts, document fees and taxes to be paid. No afterwards gimmicks, no add-ons, no nonsense. This is the way it should be everywhere. Carm took his time to make sure everything was smooth and was attentive with a great positive attitude.
