You’ve gotta work with Brady Smith he’s really great. Communicated well and got my car in and fixed quickly.
Brought my Bronco in for a oil change and tire rotation, tried telling me I needed a new Cabin Air Filter, unbeknownst to them I literally changed it the day before I brought it in for the oil change. Emailed the shop manager Tim about a couple recalls on my vehicle, he couldn’t even find the time to reply. Get a 2nd opinion elsewhere for any service they say you need, as their word is worthless.
