I don’t understand the point of scheduling an appointment if the schedule isn’t followed. I had a 9:30 AM appointment and was told the service would take a couple of hours. I came back around 11:00 after the gym just to check the status, and my truck was still sitting in the exact same spot where I left it — it hadn’t even been worked on yet. I will not return to Quick Lane at Freeway Ford for service. Booked rear brakes/oil change Dec 15. Counter sign (uploaded a picture) said 3% credit card fee will be added — SB21-091 caps these at 2% in CO. I only wanted rear brake pads replaced, but service advisor said they wouldn't do pads without rotors and asked me to leave. Same day at another Ford dealer: Inspected the rotors and did only pads (rotors fine), fee-compliant credit card charge. My experience—won't go back.
