I can't say enough how well we feel we were treated. We both like a strait forward salesman and Phil was that man. He explaned everthing in simple terms so some one like me who is computer slow could understand the way the computer worked on the car.He was more than willing to help us with any chose we made. with no presure on time to make a decition on what we wonted. sure wish there were more sales man like him. will not hesitat to get our next rig from you.

I went to your dealership looking to buy a Ford Edge and left with a Nissan Rogue (I LOVE it!). I dred the whole idea of purchasing a vehicle, but my salesperson, Tab Colby, took the extra time to explain and was not pushy at all. He was very professional, and made me feel very comfortable that I was making the right choice. Additionally, Matt (in finance) was very courteous and took the time to explain all the finance issues. I purchased a VW Jetta Diesel from Auto Serv after visiting 3 other VW dealerships. I purchased from Auto Serv for the simple reason of there honesty and no hassle. My salesman , John Kimball was actually taking a break as I was looking around the lot. He simply asked me if I needed any assistance and there was no pressure what so ever. I am most happy that tab was able to get me in and finance the first car by myself with no co-sighner, so tab helped me with my credit more then ever thank you tab see you next year for a good size 4 wheel truck

I went into AutoServ because my current lease was ending. Not only did they give me a fantastic deal on my new car, but I drove off with it the same day! They handled all of the end-of-lease paperwork for me so all I had to do was drive off in my brand new SUV!

It was the best experience to purchase from mr. briggs, I was treated as a customer expects to be. I did not feel pressured or pushed into what I wanted. He listened to what I was looking for and made it easy to purchase my new mustang. He followed up with phone calls even the day after I picked up my new car.No second thoughts on this dealer.
