Always a great experience with the dealership
Purchased a 2016 Ford F150 Lariot. Not even 48hrs after purchasing, i noticed multiple issues. I spoke to my salesman who explained that the repairs were not covered under the warranty. I'm now looking at about 5k in repairs. I will never buy or refer anyone to this dealership. I've spoken to my lawyer and we are looking further into this.

Very pleased with my oil change service at Allan Vigil. I called for an appointment to schedule and they had a time the same day. Waited about an hour plus a car wash on the same visit.
Everything went well! I had to leave my car at the dealership for them to fix a recall on my car. I took it up there and dropped it off and was told that it would take a couple of days. I was really hoping that it wouldn’t go into the weekend and I’d have to wait until the next week. I dropped it off on Monday and had the car back by Thursday morning! They fixed not only one but two recalls on my car. Everyone was nice and told me what to expect throughout the process. Overall, it was hassle free and a nice experience.
