During my very first visit to this location for oil change services I was assisted by Jennifer. She is very thorough and detail oriented and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this location and I will be back for future service as well.
Had a wonderful experience this morning at Allan Vigil Ford dealership! From the moment I arrived everyone was friendly, welcoming and genuinely cared about making the service process easy. My service manager Mrs T. Swaim explained all of the services, kept me updated and made sure that my car was ready when promised. In fact, she was very thoughtful and offered a car delivery service so that I may rest being that I had just work an overnight 12-hour shift. It's a 3 weeks to book the appointment then unfortunately I received the text sharing that that already performed the service when they had not when I tried to call back the number it would not allow me to leave a message extremely frustrating since it took 3 weeks to book the appointment the text message that I should have received should have been this simple confirming your appointment for whatever time and date not that I'd already had the service perform when it wasn't I do admit though once the service rep got here he ... read more
I went in for an oil change and the price that was on line and the estimated cost was totally different and Joshua was not helpful at all but we ask to see someone in management and they accommodated us the gentleman was real nice.
Mr. Vincent is by far OUTSTANDING. I recently purchased a new vehicle from another dealership, and I am having issues with it. I was told by the service manager that there is NOTHING they can do about it. Long story short, Mr. Vince pinpointed my problem, and I am scheduled for the end of the month to get the problem corrected. I am a customer for life.
