I’m so disappointed in every facet of Alan Vigil Fords team that I have encountered and Ford Corporates customer satisfaction line response is not effective. Alan Vigil staff has misrepresented things on several occasions, I don’t know if it’s through lack of training, workers misrepresenting their work, fraud or just lying, but I as a customer have been misled.
