I made an appointment for Saturday to get my car checked. I was told when I brought my car in that I would need to come back during the week because they would have to open up the car and it would be an all-day thing. So I brought my car back at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday. At 3:00 p.m. I called to ask the status of the car and was told it wasn't even worked on yet. The worst customer service by a mill. No professionalism and service department they ask each other instead of checking the schedule... to top it off Quicklane, you need to take an appointment ... and after that, they keep calling and texting for a survey... look for somewhere else ...if it was not a warranty issue I wouldn't come here

Took my car in for a recall job. People at the front desk were nice. Took a couple of hours for this specific recall work but that was expected. Overall, everything went smoothly.
