Instead of brake problem I had a stick stuck between my brake cylinder and wheel making a very bad noise. They removed the stick, didn't charge me anything and wished me a Merry Christmas. Thank you for being so kind. Merry Christmas to you too!
Normally leery about dealer service as it is usually a "get 'em in here" pitch. Was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness, knowledge, and workmanship I found when I arrived. J&W Honda is about 90+ miles from where we live in Lebanon, but its worth the drive to know competent and technically proficient folks are taking care of the Ridgeline. Thank You!!
