It appears the Quick Lane has new staff and change their waiting room around some. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Haven't had any issues. Service has been quick and courteous. I always seem to have bad luck with dealerships, but so far they've done me right.
Took my wife's car in for the works. Told they couldn't rotate tires bc lug nuts were swollen (common ford problem) wouldn't come off an need new ones 90.00 plus tax. I declined I knew I could get my own for a quarter of that. Ordered new nuts an they came in went to change an the lug nuts on my wife's car were perfectly fine not the first one swollen or needed replacement. I do my own maintenance on my f150 for this very reason right here I'm not lazy an I know it gets done right. I only take wife's here bc we bought mainte... read more
