Went in for an oil change, software update. I was told it could take 4 hrs of so to deal with the update. I was OK with that. However, . 7 hours later I was concerned that I had not received a phone call telling me that the car was done. I contacted 4 people by phone at the dealership for an update. Nobody could tell me what was going on. After my plans to get an oil change at my regular place several times in the past 2 weeks got nixed for one reason or another, on a whim I contacted the Quick Lane. I happened to have a dental appointment near the Jim Click location and called at 7:30 a.m. to see if I could get in while at my 9:00 a.m. appointment. Had new tires installed on 2004 Thunderbird. Anna took great care of me. She helped me pick out the tires she felt were the best choice, and even got the price down a little. They did what was expected with no pressure for any other services. Highly recommend!!!
Excellent service and speed.
Jim Click will no longer get my business. Trying to get service on my Ford, but because i want to apply my own oils, they won't do it . The only Ford dealer that acts this way, yet when i go to the one in Nogales AZ, or Phoenix they give zero issues and perform the service while i provide the supplies... Definitely need to look into your "policy" and make changes and price better service.
