Horrible experience had me purchase a new lincoln at Hoffman in connecticut. The internet sales department is terrible (Amber) can't even locate cars they have on the lot. They dont read your texts add on bogus fees and the prices are not competitive. My advice is to reach out to Hoffmann auto group transparent pricing fast or flood ford who are more responsive.
Great service department. Had my oil changed and state inspection sticker on my F-150. They worked me into the schedule right away, were super friendly, and it was a really nice place to wait (even outdoor seating!)
Service was great. The staff was very polite and everything was done on time and explained thoroughly.
Excellent customer service. Nice waiting area, good coffee and snacks. Vehicle service is excellent and quick.
From the time I got there to the time my vehicle was done went smoothly and was done in a timely fashion
