One of our service trucks went in for a few recalls and the truck was turned around very quickly and I was notified of additional work tha will need to be addressed. Always very courtious and professional
Overall. Competitively priced. Sales guy Andy was pleasant and supportive. One thing that could have been better was shortening the transaction. I made the decision on Tuesday night that I was going to purchase the truck. I made a deposit. I was scheduled on Saturday 8:30am to pick the truck up. It felt like the paperwork was not ready, there was confusion on how to access and process my x pricing and get the needed employer pin, and there were factory included parts that were not in the truck that could have been ordered on... read more
