I went there to get a tire changed and then I was told that they couldn't change my tire because they didn't have the correct lug nut tool for a 2011 Mercedes Benz E350. And I'm sitting here at a car dealership thinking how in the heck can they not have the correct tool?! Very compassionate service. I got a flat tire close by and they helped squeeze me in and patch my tire, even on a busy Saturday.
