We keep on coming back to Quick Lane at Wickstrom Ford Barrington because of their Excellent Services. We supposed to go at nearest Honda in our place but Wickstrom Ford led by Mark McCarthy always giving is their best and resolved our issues in a timely manner. Like our own family, Mark who is very consistent with his works above and beyond with enthusiasm. Thank you so much Mark and staff!!!
In all my years of driving I can truthfully say that Wickstrom Service department is by far the best in the Chicagoland area. My service rep Mark McCarthy has been the best that I have had. Either oil change or major repair work that I have had done on our Escape Mark has been right on top of our needs to get us back on the road in great shape. Five stars for Marks honesty, integrity, and a heads up concern for his customers. Thank you Mark.
