Since my review was deleted. I will post it again. Rude!!!! I made an appointment and they still expected me to wait an hour and a half just to get the car back there. When I asked what was the point of making the appointment then, the guy literally rolled his eyes at me, looked at the man beside him and said "Go ahead and put her in front of everyone else".... But guess what, I STILL had to wait 40 minutes! So I LEFT!
Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation on my VW Rabbit when I told the lady I wanted synthetic blend they put full synthetic oil in it, and when I got the total I said no that’s not right. I said synthetic blend and she told me “it what they recommend” I told her I have literally got synthetic blend in this car every single time I have been here.
