I had a very disappointing experience. When we pointed out that the car hadn’t been fully vacuumed and the truck hadn’t been cleaned at all, the Owner Karl responded with clear disrespect. The exterior and interior of the car also still had multiple dirt spots. The situation escalated when he became aggressive, used profanity, and charged toward me simply for asking that he remain respectful. Quick Karl’s does a great, quality job. Our car was filthy, and they brought it back to life inside and out. He and his team were polite and worked hard for an hour to make it shine again. Highly recommend them above and beyond the other similar businesses in the area.
