Jacob was very friendly and professional, explained things very well. Got scheduled as a same day service, which was also a plus. He also diagnosed a tricky problem with our thermostat and even went out of his way to get us the same one we had instead of the more expensive one he already had in his van. Very honest and capable. Will definitely use them again in the future.
