I am very disappointed how they handled my cat. I came in contact with them through a pet day at the library. I told the lady there many times how badly matted my cat was. I was assured no matter what it be 50 bucks and they take care of it. Never once did she say it might cost extra if he is that bad. So I made an appointment. I even said when I called he was bad. Again I wasnt told an extra charge might apply. They wait until half way through to tell me it would be 150 otherwise I will get a half groomed cat back. Why woul... read more
