Quick FIx has been my go to for over 13 years. I have a monthly subscription for my business to prevent viruses, updates even remotely etc. Rami and his team take care of all my networking needs at the company as well as laptops. The service is 100% responsive!. They installed High end cameras for additional Security and have increased wireless capability throughout our facility. I highly recommend Rami and his team!
Pc randomly died, had them check it out and they diagnosed and repaired it within a couple days. Had some cpu temperature issues after picking up which they fixed when I took it back because they give a 90 day warranty. Respond quickly on yelp and always on phone. They answer all questions asked and explained issues I did not understand as well as let me know how to fix it in the future and gave my pc a little boost. Hope I don’t have to come back for a while but if I will be coming back to this place!
I first spoke on the phone before coming in and ended up fixing the issue myself. But I still want to say thank you because the person who spoke to me on the phone was super friendly and supportive and he offered same day repair!
These guys broke my 2012 macbook pro. Went in for battery replacement. Which too a lot longer than expected. I waited over an hr. They came back out and said there was damage to the trackpad and it would take time to order the part to fix it. They said I would not have to pay and they'd take care of it. They said to leave the laptop with them and come back in a couple of days. I came back and they said they could not fix the problem because the mother board was damaged.
