I was having problems with my A/C unit mid-afternoon. I called and they had me speak directly to Shawn, where he reassured me that he would come out to look at my A/C today and do his best to have it fixed. And that’s exactly what he did. He explained everything in detail and was honest. My A/C is fixed and working again. They have a new customer in me! Thank you Shawn.
