I've owned my pristine 2016 Buick Lacrosse Leather for 18 months and have only driven it 2000 miles (40,000 original miles) and no oil change. I dropped in out of concern about the time length and potential degradation to the oil. Found you guys through a reddit thread when I searched for recommended oil change places in town . Was getting a little tired of the 3-figure prices at the dealer and other more well-known quick lube places in the area. Wish I had found you sooner, but better late than never. Honest price and fast & friendly service. I'll be back and recommending others your way.
Fast service, friendly staff, and a decent price. They also don't try to upsell you for stuff you might not need. I'll be seeing them again in 5,000 miles!
The oil change experience was fine, price was fair, they were quick and simple. However the 1 star comes in because they took the skid plate off my daughters car to change the oil and told her the bolts were to rusted to put it back on. They sent her on her way with the skid plate in her backseat and pieces of metal hanging from the bottom of the car.
