SCAMMER. Wish i could give negative 5 stars. This kid Cadeem (goes by Kevin on OfferUp) sold me a car as a dealer, and is not licensed in the state of CT. He has an LLC in Florida. The entire frame of the car was rotted, he even tried to spray a rust foam on It to conceal It, and did not disclose any of this information. He in fact told me there was no rust. Cadeem refused to return my money and take back his hunk of junk. It is now a legal matter.
