It can be scary to hire a company without knowing if your insurance will even cover the damage that was caused by your water leak but in such situations you should reach out to Quick Dry for their professional opinion. Not only did they provide me with a free estimate but helped me understand the process of working with the insurance company and what I should expect. What's good intentions, QuickDry, I believe, overestimated the damage done by a leak caused by a repairman who tried to locate clause in a sewer pipe. Toilet water leaked onto the bathroom floor and into the hallway. It also briefly touch the carpet in the master bedroom and office. After recommending that a major renovation be done to the bathroom and two other rooms, I determined it wasn't necessary, and I chose a different cleaning method, which I believe so problem. I was really surprised as to how well things went. The workers were very polite and respectful of my home. They called before they came and asked if it was acceptable for me . They cleaned up behind themselves every day. They explained what they were going to do the next day. They were the best group of young men I have run into in a long time.
