Sherrod, Nico, Anthony, Josue, and Penny were so great! This was my first time having to have a mold remediation done and the team was patient, informative, and communicative. Penny helped to sort out other issues with my home that were not related to the project and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the process. Great experience overall and I'd use/recommend their services in the future! Background - we had some water damage to the floors resulting in mold/warping of floors. Sherrod - came and did the initial inspection; very thorough and followed up w/ me proactively and set proper expectations. Isaac and Trevor - they did the actual project, removing part of the floor, mold remediation, and setting up equipment; very professional and didn't dily daly. I was recommended to go with Quick Dry by our plumber and we’re glad we did! Penny and her team worked hard to ensure that we had a great experience with the restoration of our water damaged hardwood floors. Even when there were bumps in the road, Quick Dry worked with us to find solutions and continually demonstrated integrity along the way. The water remediation, drywall, paint job, and flooring installation exceeded our expectations. This is a great company who works with capable contractors.
