Steve should be the face of small business. He went outa his way to help me. Gave me his advice and lent a hand to help. What a nice guy. I tried to tip him and he would not take it. He said we all need some help some time. I was I could do more for him. He is a great my in my opinion.
upper management does not allow service vans to be stocked properly. this causes multiple "bandaid" repairs and return trips to fix something that could've been fixed on the first trip if the company actually stocked the vans. sales reps do not perform surveys on the locations they approve for install. this causes technicians to show up to a location that wont even have running water, proper electricity, applicable space for the equipment, etc. and in more cases than not, the location wont even have product yet. this means t... read more

Horrible customer service. I had the misfortune of dealing with Vice President of Sales Adam Peters. He was so rude and disrespectful that I had to terminate my services. He even went as far as yelling at me and calling me names over the phone. Beware of this company because I also had to deal with several employees hanging up on me, ignoring my calls; and one employee went as far as telling me that she had no time for me.
