In handling my case, Cody Ricks was responsive and reassuring. He kept me informed every step of the way, even taking time on New Year's Day to call me with an important update. The entire process was exhausting and intimidating and would have been an absolute nightmare without him. I don't think five stars is remotely adequate to convey how important his support and his skills were.
