Went to get my hair dyed and they messed it up completely!!!! The stylist tried to justified what she did and offer no cash refunds!!! She offer to fix it but why would I let her when she screwed it so bad. I went to another place to correct it.
Awful place. Typical cattiness. I had grown my hair out for over 4 years and stated, "I want to cut it, yes, but this is how I want it done." The stylist I had INSISTED she not listen to me, and do what it is she wanted to do instead. When a customer tells you what they want done, that is what you do. Went in today to get a haircut and they refused to take my card which was filled out for a free haircut. It's not that I am upset that I had to pay the 12 dollars, is the principal of having my hair cut there for 20 years and not accepting what they promoted. I understand stopping the program, and not giving out new cards, continuing to stamp partial filled out ones, but to not accept a card that was filled back in November is not acceptable. I went to get my eyebrows done. As you can see from the picture she ripped part of my skin off! Not very happy at all.
I started going here after Fast eddie's in south haven told me i would have to come back in an hour, with at least 6 people standing around yapping(stylists not customers). They do a great job. Short wait times for a stylist. No matter who cuts my hair it looks good. Its a good price for a regular hair cut, and the card for a free hair cut after 8 cuts is nice. I would recommend them to anyone. Been a customer for over 2 years now.
