Worst call center ever! Very unprofessional in every aspect. Employees who have been there over 10 years make the same as new hires. No ongoing training for staff. Management only cares about getting their money. It's mind boggling that they are still in business!!!!!!
I was calling my doctors office for a scheduled telehealth appointment at 4pm because my doctor has yet to call me. I spoke to “Amy” I asked a question because I was and I am still frustrated about being sent text and emails completing paperwork but still not receiving a message or call from the doctor. “Amy” was snappy with me and said she would try to reach the doctor then I was hung up on.
