Terrible car wash, my car came out still filthy. It was like it got sprinkled with a little water/ soap and then wiped down with a towel. I had to go over it 4 times with a towel and I still feel it's not clean. I couldn't spent less money and time hand washing it home and it turn out better.
This is THE BEST car wash! We’ve tried a Tagg n Go membership, and we just weren’t crazy happy with it, so we switched to Velocity. My car always comes out clean, the towel bins are never empty, and they always give me a dash wipe and air freshener. And honestly the customer service is a big part of what I love about velocity compared to other car washes. Every employee I’ve met there has been an absolute delight, and the manager is wonderful as well. If I could give it 6 stars I would!

Manager Andrew is as amazing as the quality if the brushless car wash. I don’t take my cars anywhere else.
