Went there with my family on Sunday afternoon to wash our truck thru the new soft bristle wash and it stopped a minute into the wash. We called the help number and no one answered. A man came up to our window then proceeded to yell at us that we didn't take our hitch off and ignored three signs stating to take it off. We drove out and back around back. It was in such small print for something so important and the man proceeded to continue berating us for not reading. Very unprofessional behavior when we apologized. $11 waste... read more

One of the best car washes around for the $$. Facility is kept in pristine condition!
Car vacuum worked great, I used the self car wash drive-through and it really got my car clean! Very strong water pressure got the dirt off and left not many streaks either. I'm pretty picky about my car since it's black and it picks up every little smudge. Nice set up, will definitely be back!
Highly recommend getting your vehicle washed after 7PM. LOVED the light show in addition to an outstanding wash. Be sure to pick your favorite CD or radio station before it starts. Also, this AM couldn't help but to notice the high-gloss shine ALL THE WAY AROUND my 2012 Camry. Try the new Soft Touch!
Best car wash in Springfield township. Also, love the messages on their signs.
