We were at Quick & Clean yesterday around 2:00 pm and used the soft touch ultimate wash. As the black rollers were cleaning the sides of our 97 Chevy Blazer the rollers ripped the passenger side mirror off the car and as the rollers returned to the front of the vehicle they ripped the driver side mirror. I’ve tried calling the owner several times but the owner does not have his voicemail set up and has not picked up or returned my calls. I’ve also sent the pictures in messenger. I would appreciate a response.
I had originally given this place a 1 star due to the automatic wash breaking down leaving soap on my car...however the owners made things right by apologizing and offering a refund and a free wash...i just wanted the wash and they gave me a better wash than what i had originally paid for! Kudos i highly recommend they took care of me...

this is hands down the best car wash I've ever been to. I went through the automatic wash and my car came out looking brand new! I purchased the deluxe wash and enjoyed several fresh fragrances throughout the experience, which I have never seen at any other car wash. overall amazing experience, I will definitely return. I highly recommend to anyone around the Kettering area!
