This is ridiculous. I had an appointment scheduled. Arrived 15 minutes early no patients in the lobby. & still waited for over 1 hour. They didn’t even called me back first they person who arrived later after me got called back first. Working in a medical field this shouldn’t be the wait times. Plus patients who arrive first with appointment times should be the ones that get called back first.
Receptionist was very nice. Didn't wait long in waiting or the room they put us in. Nurse practitioner was very good. Diagnosed me right away and send my rx's right to CVS on 20th. I am very happy with everything.

it was my first time going to the doctor alone because I’m in college and I didn’t have my mom and the staff made me feel so safe and comfortable and heard! My doctor Explained everything thoroughly to me! They have an option where you can book an appointment the same day which I found amazing! Their website is thoroughly detailed telling you how many walk-ins are ahead of you Will definitely be back next time I feel ill!
