I called to have refrigerator fixed. Prospero Cabrera was on time, professional, thorough, easy to work with and would highly recommend.
It's great that they make appointments late in the day, its the reason why i decided to call. My appointment window was 4pm to 7 pm. No show/No call. A customer should not call to follow up appointments. Customers should be notified instead.
