Ignore the “affordable” and google guarantee. I was told by them I would be informed if they could come out after my work one evening to fix an outlet. Time passed and I had to call to ask if they were coming. They said they would need to reschedule. I told them I would be home at 730 and they sent their tech at 7pm the follow day.
