Dr.Ramer himself listens and is helpful. However, after my EEG, I had further questions and was advised to use the portal. I used it intermediary between appointments as advised and what is typically normal for any office. Maybe a total of 4 or 5 times to mostly ask questions about medications etc. I had also not realized their opening times and made the mistake of calling a few times before they were open one day and once once I realized they were open. Todd ramer is very professional and really cares for his patients. I was able to be seen much quicker than expected! Totally recommend to anyone needing to see a neurologist.
They were super professional and Dr Shannon was very polite and upfront about my issues and was very helpful. Any issues in the future Apex will be my go to.
