Your staff/workers were very accommodating and professional.

Was a total mess up installing a heat pump!! They didn't install a door over the inside unit! Installed the thermostat above the kitchen heat vent therefore, the heat would only run 15 seconds or so. Contacted the company and was told they would ship the indoor unit door and send someone out but never got the door or have someone come, and not answering me now.
