Should have listened to reviews. My husband and I gave her a chance but I wish that we never did. She is very inconsiderate. My husband has heart and kidney issues and it's always a huge inconvenience trying to get his medicine prescribed. I get that the doctor likes to see you etc. But this seems like a money grab. She is either constantly booked or has a horrible schedule and will not give me my husband medicine unless he sees her which is nearly impossible. Very insensitive woman. My mother just passed away on March 11th. I wanted to take FMLA and be on continuous leave for my depression. All she offered me was 2 days off per month and depression pills. She did not even offer her condolences. Do not consider this woman at all.
I have experienced nothing but great care and good bedside manner with Quiana Jackson. And no - we aren't related, even though we share a last name!
