Dr Donna Vasquez and Dr Jenifer Branson are very thorough and prompt. The staff is excellent, that includes Lab Tech. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks for everything! It's been a pleasure.
If medical anxiety is something you deal with be careful with Dr. Vasquez. It took me three years to build up the courage to ask for help, and I got nothing to help with symptoms or anxiety, just a reference. As far as that goes I’ll defer to her expertise, but why tack on unrelated tests that have nothing to do with this visit when the pt is visibly anxious and getting tearful about it all. Great staff!
I went in for what was supposed to be a annual preventative exam— fully covered by my insurance. I even confirmed this when making the appointment. At no point was I told that anything being done might fall outside of that coverage or result in additional charges. Instead, I was hit with a surprise $$$ bill afterward. When I contacted the billing department to get clarification, they were unhelpful and dismissive.
