Great staff!
I went in for what was supposed to be a annual preventative exam— fully covered by my insurance. I even confirmed this when making the appointment. At no point was I told that anything being done might fall outside of that coverage or result in additional charges. Instead, I was hit with a surprise $$$ bill afterward. When I contacted the billing department to get clarification, they were unhelpful and dismissive. Though clinic services are ok but their billing is horrible. Visited there for annual checkup last year and still struggling to sort out the billing issues with LabCorp. As per Bluecross insurance, their Lab test codes are wrong and so they covered only some portion but not the full due to issues with procedure codes in their billing. It happened to me and my wife as well. We upfront inquired about all the tests as part of Annual checkup are 100% covered by our Insurance and proceeded. Ended up with Same tests for both of us... read more
