I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this doctor’s office today. I arrived for my scheduled appointment, only to be told for the first time ever that I was required to pay my out-of-pocket amount in advance rather than having the visit billed through my insurance. What makes this especially frustrating is that I have a healthcare account specifically set up to pay my patient responsibility directly to the provider. My husband and I have been going to now Internal Medicine Associates for years. I love the girls, Jennifer and Jennifer. Big shout out to them for always being there. There’s been several doctors they’ve worked under, but they’re tried and true. It was Quest Family Medical. My mom, my aunt, my brother and my husband and myself are patients or have been patients there for years. HIGHLY recommend.
I truly appreciate the care and hospitality at Questcare of Melissa. Always feel welcomed and well taken care of when there.
