Horrible front office staff! Was calling to schedule an appointment as a new patient, and the lady on the phone kept cutting me off. Then hung up on me! I wouldn’t even bother trying to call and make an appointment here.
Why provide a phone number if you’ll NEVER attend the phone?
Before scheduling an appointment, I called the office and confirmed that they accept my insurance. When I went for my appointment, they told me that they don’t accept my insurance. I will never return to this location.
During my most recent visit, everyone at Questcare Med. Clinic made me feel welcome and they gave me excellent care. Shawna, FNP-C was kind, knowledgeable and she went above and beyond meeting my needs. She answered my questions to my satisfaction and provided the necessary referrals/medical care that I needed.
