Very disappointed with this Quest Care Medical Clinic location in Mansfield, specifically Dr. Wethersby & staff. The front desk staff is rude and unwelcoming, no greeting, no acknowledgment, just standing there waiting. In office waits are excessive, even for basic lab work, with no sense of urgency or respect for patients’ time. Telehealth visits are just as frustrating.
