While Dr. Wix is knowledgeable, friendly and personable - the rest of his staff leaves much to be desired. If you like waiting all day long for your prescriptions to be sent electronically, then this is the place for you. Nurses take forever to return sick calls, or just never call back at all. Not a fan of his NP either. As a nurse, I expect some degree of professional courtesy. Instead, she accused me of drug seeking as she prescribed Tylenol #3, then referred me to a GI specialist. Dr wix is great but not speck. And their billing is insane
Crooks. They take $200+ when your deductible has been met. They give you the run around even when their billing company says it's STRANGE they took money in the office at all. Extremely rude when you tell them that they should be giving you the refund, because that's what billing said. Do NOT under any circumstances go here unless you have money to throw away. I'll be contacting BBB.
The staff at Questcare Medical Clinic are all so very friendly and caring. The Doctor has great bedside manner. I don't like going to the Dr. but they all make you feel like family. The atmosphere is wonderful and comfortable.
Terri is AWESOME, but everyone I've dealt with here has been very nice and helpful! The wait is never long, and the prices and policies are very reasonable. �
