Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service – Joie Made It Shine Staying at Quest Wangaratta was a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well presented, with impressively spacious rooms and a peaceful, quiet atmosphere—perfect for relaxing. Very pleasant and efficient staff. So convenient having snacks and drinks to purchase at reception. We were in town for two nights. Had adjoining room to my elderly parents and when the two doors locked, they came up and fixed it immediately. Bed was comfortable. Walking distance to Cafe and street. As its on a side street off a busy main road, it was quiet. Lovely view of church over the road. Parking was secure with code to enter. Out back gate was a large bottle shop. Very disappointing experience with Quest customer service. We booked a 2-bedroom apartment, but upon arrival, we were told none were available. The staff member, Francisco, only offered a 1-bedroom apartment and asked us to book another one separately. What’s worse, 2-bedroom apartments were still showing as available online at the same time. This is misleading and very unprofessional. Would not recommend.
